Question 1

How do I get your special pricing?

Accepted Answer

By contacting us directly. We sell official ActivePure® products from wholesale to you, and that direct relationship is what lets us offer special pricing and exclusive financing. Orders placed any other way don't qualify.

Question 2

Do you offer financing?

Accepted Answer

Yes — exclusive 6-month 0% interest financing options. Ask about it when you call or email and we'll explain what you'd qualify for.

Question 3

Can I buy online instead of calling?

Accepted Answer

You can. Create an account in our client portal and purchase directly from Vollara. You won't get the special pricing or the 0% interest option that way, but the option is there if you'd rather do it on your own.

Question 4

Do you work with businesses as well as homes?

Accepted Answer

Both. We handle residential and commercial, so offices, clinics, salons, kennels and shops are all fair game alongside houses and apartments.

Question 5

What makes the air purifiers different from what's in a big-box store?

Accepted Answer

The ActivePure® technology inside them was recognized in the Space Technology Hall of Fame, and the Aerus Medical Guardian is an FDA-cleared Class II Medical Device. They reduce nearly 100% of airborne and surface contaminants, including mold, fungus, bacteria and viruses.

Question 6

Which product should I start with?

Accepted Answer

Most people start with air, it's the thing they notice first. Call us, describe the space and the problem, and we'll recommend a single unit or a Full Protection Package — whichever actually fits.
